Terms & Conditions — TableCade by RandoLabs

This is a general-purpose template covering the essentials for a small table-side photobooth/entertainment business in Singapore — venue accounts, booth use, and acceptable use of the service. It is not a substitute for legal advice — have a lawyer review it before relying on it, especially the sections marked like this.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing up a venue for TableCade, or by using the booth as a customer at a participating venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Registered business name: [add your UEN / registered entity name here once incorporated].

2. The service

TableCade is a QR-code table photobooth and entertainment product: venue customers scan a code, use their own phone to play games, take photos, and leave feedback, and can print a keepsake receipt on the venue's printer. We provide the software and, where agreed, guidance on the printer hardware a venue connects.

3. Venue accounts

Venues are responsible for keeping their printer and QR codes in working order, and for the accuracy of the branding/content they configure in the staff dashboard.
Venues must only use customer contact details collected via the feedback flow for the purpose the customer consented to (following up on their feedback) — not for unrelated marketing.

4. Using the booth

By using the booth, you agree not to submit photos, messages, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the booth at our or the venue's discretion. Because a printed keepsake is created from a live photo taken through your own phone's camera, minor variations in print quality versus the on-screen preview are normal and not considered defects.

5. Intellectual property

All software, design, and branding not supplied by a venue belong to TableCade by RandoLabs and may not be reproduced without permission. A venue retains ownership of the branding assets (logo, promo text) it uploads; it grants us a licence to display them within its own booth and receipts only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the preceding 3 months (or, for a free-to-use venue, a nominal amount). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost printer consumables or downtime.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
